Some years, the summer picnic replaces our July general meeting. Not this year! Please feel free to join us for our summer picnic AND to join us for our July general meeting!
Our picnic this year will be on Saturday, July 18th, at Maud Williamson State Park
Our plan this year is to start at 11am, have lunch, and play radio and socialize though the afternoon!
Realistically, setting up an antenna will likely start around 10am.
We will be doing a club activation of the park for POTA (Parks on the Air)

The rest of the details are yet to be finalized, but here’s some details on previous years:
Last year we had beef hamburgers and pork brats provided, and asked visitors to bring a side or a dessert to share, pot luck style.
Last year, the club brought a multi-band beam antenna and our triplexer, and invited members to bring their own radio to hook up to the triplexer or their own antenna!
